Welcome to my Nature Corner!
I have always had great interest in nature and the world around us. My childhood was spent camping, hiking and seeing so much of the country I was born in. I am sill an avid birdwatcher, and I have a great deal of interest in botany and entomology.
For this I have my parents to thank, they gave me all the opportunities and encouragement to expand my general knowledge, and I had access to vast numbers of books for reference while I was growing up.
My subscription to
National Geographic
magazines was one thing I tried my best to continue with, and are still my favourite reading matter in this field.
